Registration at the congress

Full payment of the Registration Fee must be done within July 15^th 2021

Payments

All payments can be accomplished by credit card or bank transfer.
On the Congress site payments will be accepted only by credit card and cash in Euro.
All payments by Bank Transfer must be processed net of any bank charges.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation within July 30^th 2021	Total refund less € 30,00 of Administrative expenses
Cancellation after August 1^st 2021	No refund will be considered

New registrations will be put in a waiting list. Please do not pay the registration fee due to the 15th of July: after that date, the SOC will communicate to those who registered after June 1st whether additional seats are available.
